I reserved my rental slide about a month before our party. Jump N Slide Bouncers were so responsive and communicative about everything. Reminders were also spot on! They definitely are a great business and friendly owners/workers. Quick set up and very understanding. The drop off and pick up was respectful to the yard and had no issues with anything left behind or any mess! I highly recommend Jump N Slide Bouncers! Great experiance forsure!

First off, I was VERY last minute on trying to book my rental but I lucked out, they worked with us and my kids had an amazing time! Friendly staff, very accommodating, 10/10 will be using for future parties! I believe James was the gentleman who initially set everything up; came in, setup, got out. Fast and efficient (: Jeff and Tyler were here first thing in the morning and had everything checked out & packed up in no time. I cannot stress it enough, I am so happy with how everything turned out. Do yourself a huge favor and check these guys out, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Jump n Slide Bouncers were absolutely amazing. On time, explained everything so well & the pink castle was perfect for our daughter’s 5th birthday. None of the kids wanted to get off for dinner or to go home! So fun!

Quality and Upkeep of the items I have gotten in the past have been topteir. We've now rented the Rainbow House twice and and Princess House once, the last 2 times we decided to rent other items (tables, chairs, catering dishes, ect.) than the last due to the great service, outstanding communication and quality of the things needed. We will continue to keep JNS as number one option for all our kids birthday parties, I have already recommended to a couple family members and friends and will continue to recommend!!

This is our second time renting a bounce house. Both times they have been excellent and a great experience. Our recent experience was met with some uninvited guests of ground bees. But one phone call, they came out in 10 minutes and moved the bounce house to a different location so the kids could keep playing. Thank you for doing that for us and thank you for the great work.

We had a little hiccup with the set up for my son’s birthday party, but Jump N’ Slide Bouncers went above and beyond to make it the best party experience. We had a great first time experience renting a 20’ water slide from Jump ‘N Slide Bouncers. We received ample communication via email and texts leading up to the booking date. James and his wife were professional and punctual. The slide itself was clean and well maintained. They laid a huge tarp under the slide to protect our lawn as much as possible. On the day before our party our house lost power due to the tornados in the Lansing area on 8-24-23 - James was able to solve that problem with adding in the rental of a generator to keep the party from being canceled!
I would highly recommend this company and I will be a repeat customer!

Everything from start to finish was stress free and so much fun! This couples communication leading up to our event, the day before and day of, was extremely helpful. They came and set it up quickly, and messaged me to let me know their ETA for pick up.
We all were having so much fun that we didn’t get around to taking many pictures, so I’m posting a few snapshots from a video and the only few photos we got.
Our littles went down the slide, but it was a little steep for their liking. However, they LOVED trying to run up the slide, the slip n slide attachment and the pool at the end!

JnS Bouncers were awesome. First, their equipment was beautiful and clean and super fun. The kids for our carnival had an absolute blast on the giant bounce house. It was the cleanest bounce house I’ve ever seen. They set it up, were very knowledgeable about the house, safety, cleanliness…they cleared the yard even more than we did to make sure every detail was perfect. They knew we were a non-profit and made sure we weren’t charged the tax (which is something I had completely forgotten about!) and advised us how to place the entrance and slides for the safest experience! When they came to pick it up, they saw there was still a line of kids waiting and they didn’t kick anyone out. I watched them clean the inside and outside of the whole thing before it was deflated, and then cleaned it while it was being rolled up…Sadly, I didn’t get any pictures (though I know many did) but I will ABSOLUTELY give them my business again and recommend them to everyone! We had a rental this weekend and setup and take down was flawless. They were very accommodating with where we wanted the opening/exit to face, made sure power cords were out of the way and were sure to pound stakes fully down for safety. Even after reading the great reviews, I was so pleasantly surprised with our rental. They were so friendly, and obviously took care and pride in what they do. If you need a bounce house, don't look anywhere else. We rented the bounce house with slide, and it was fantastic. So clean and well cared for. They took time to stake it down, and made sure to ask about sprinklers. It was a Fantastic experience!
