By using our services and paying your deposit, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. JNS Rentals LLC is committed to providing safe and high-quality rental equipment for your event. Please read our policies carefully.

By paying the deposit and signing your rental agreement you agree to receive delivery and order updates via text messages from JNS Rentals LLC at the provided number. Message frequency varies. 1. Payment & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations:
  • $50 forInflatables
  • 50% for all other rentals.
• Orders of $1,500 or less must be paid in full before delivery.
• Orders over $1,500 require a second 50% payment 60 days before the event.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the event may transfer the deposit to a future rental if booked within 30 days.
• Cancellations due to inclement weather (48 hours prior to the event) can apply the deposit to a rescheduled rental within 30 days.
• If JNS Rentals cancels due to unsafe weather, a full refund will be issued.

3. Weather Policy

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals in case of severe weather (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, lightning, snow).
• If severe weather occurs during your rental, unplug inflatables and do not use them until conditions improve.
• Inflatables must be deflated if winds exceed 15 mph.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery Address: JNS Rentals will deliver to the location specified in your reservation.
• Pickup Time: Pickup may occur anytime after the end of your rental period but no later than 11 PM.
• Customer Responsibility: You must stay with the equipment until it is picked up or make prior arrangements.

5. Equipment Use & Safety

• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• No silly string, paint, or chemicals—these cause irreparable damage. A minimum $500 fee will be charged if silly string damages equipment.
• No moving inflatables or tents after setup. Unauthorized movement will result in a $100 fine plus damage fees.
• Electrical equipment must not be used near water (e.g., pools).
• Individuals with medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy should not use inflatables.
• In case of an issue with the equipment, immediately stop using it and contact us at (517) 246-5867.

6. Damage & Liability

• The customer is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• If equipment is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper supervision, the customer will be billed for repair or full replacement.
• JNS Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from rental use.
• Tables & Chairs: Must be wiped down and stacked before pickup. A cleaning/breakdown fee applies if not done.

7. Damage Waiver (Optional)

Customers may purchase a 10% non-refundable damage waiver to cover:

• Up to $250 in accidental damage.
• Up to $500 in normal wear and tear.
• Up to $1,000 in wind or storm damage (if inflatables are properly deflated).
• Does NOT cover theft, vandalism, or missing equipment.

8. Returned Checks

• A $30 fee will apply for any returned checks. Payment must be made in cash immediately.

9. Legal Compliance & Enforcement

• Customers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding rental use.
• Any legal disputes must be filed in the State of Michigan.
• If legal action is required to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party may recover attorney fees and court costs.

10. Delivery Document - Disclaimer

All persons using this equipment do so at their own risk. The person or organization hiring the equipment is responsible for any damage or injury resulting from misuse or reckless use. These safety guidelines are for the protection of all participants, and it is the hirer's sole responsibility to enforce them. JNS Rentals is not responsible for injuries resulting from equipment use.

By signing, the customer acknowledges receipt of equipment in good, clean condition and agrees to return it in the same condition.

11. Rules Governing Safe Operation of Inflatable Equipment

• Supervision is required at all times.
• Do not turn off the blower while participants are inside.
• Age Groups & Maximum Occupancy:
  • Slides: Maximum 2 people at a time, one sliding while the other exits.
  • Bouncers:
    • Ages 7 & under: 4-6 participants of comparable size.
    • Ages 8-12: 4-6 participants of comparable size.
    • Ages 12 & up: 4-6 participants of comparable size.
• No flipping, wrestling, or piling inside the inflatable.
• Inclement Weather: Unplug the blower and deflate if winds exceed 20 mph or if lightning is present.
• Negligence Fees: Cleaning fees start at $100, damage fees range $400-$1,000, and full replacement fees can be up to $5,000.

12. Dunk Tank Rules

• Only participants over 18 years old who are strong swimmers may be dunked.
• Never leave a filled dunk tank unattended.
• Water must be at least 8 inches from the top.
• No standing or kneeling on the dunk tank seat.
• No electricity may be used near the dunk tank.
• Do not operate the dunk tank during a storm.
